The specifications have been revised, and the website has a new fresh look and feel.
- The specifications are converted to a new CMS making them more appealing and easier to maintain.
- Many errors were corrected. In multiple places, tables describing messages contained elements and attributes erroneously listed as mandatory, or weren't present in the XML sample given.
